Is there a minimum storage period?
Minimum of 1x week.
Do i have to pay insurance?
Goods are stored at your sole risk. You are advised to take out insurance cover.
How much notice do i have to give before i can commence storing my belongings?
Same day, once set up via the EZ-Stor website.
How much notice do i have to give when i move out?
This is a monthly recurring contract that can be cancelled at any time and runs continuously until cancelled.

Notice period: Notice can be provided at any time.
No further charges are made after notice is provided and Customer will have access to their unit until 11pm on the one month anniversary of their last payment.
Are there any items that i cannot stor at EZ Stor?
Customer must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.

(b) any living creatures;
(c) combustible or flammable substances such as gas, paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents or compressed gases;
(d) firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition;
(e) chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents; toxic waste, asbestos or other potentially hazardous substances;
(f) any item that emits fumes, or odours;
(g) any illegal item or substances or goods illegally obtained such as illicit (counterfeit/smuggled) tobacco or alcohol and unlicensed or unsafe goods (such as toys, electrical goods, medicines, aerosols, cosmetics, fireworks);
(h) goods which are environmentally harmful or that are a risk to the property of any person; and
(i) items which are irreplaceable, such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value.
Can i switch container size if my circumstances change?
Yes, so long as one is available.
Does EZ Stor provide the locks?
No. The customer should provide their own lock.
How safe/secure are my goods?
EZ-Stor offers a secure site, with CCTV operating at all times.
It is up to the customer to provide their own secure lock to their designated container
Will valuable items and domestic goods be safe to keep inside a container?
Yes. All our containers are Graffo lined, which assists to reduce condensation inside the container. However, we do recommend your household items to be appropriately covered during storage.

Mon - Sun 8:00am - 6:00pm
Can i change my direct debit date?
Yes.
Can i pay over the phone?

Can we select a payment date?
Yes.
Do i have to pay a deposit?
What happens if i miss a payment?
If you fail to comply with the conditions of this agreement, EZ-Stor Limited (t/a EZ-STOR) have certain rights which include the right to cancel access to your unit, to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods.
When do i start paying?
The Storage Fee is payable in advance on the first day of each storage period (Due Date).
When is my next invoice due and how do i find this out?
